3rd September 2007 - How's the season going then so far? Lots of excitement across the divisions so far, it's just nice to be able to watch the football again. Take a look at any upcoming games for September and October and let me know if you need any advice on hotels or travel for any trips you might have planned for any games.

Active Hotels Links fixed

16th January 2007 - Apologies for anyone that may have been searching using the Active Hotels links on the site over the last few days as you may have been getting an error. The problem has now been fixed and we hope that your usage has not been affected. Please remember that the site does take a small commission from each booking to help pay for bandwidth and other website costs, but this does not increase the price of your booking if you were to book directly via Active Hotels or Late Rooms. Please help to support the site and continue to use the links on the football team pages.

Happy New Year!

29th of December - Just a quick note to thank everyone for supporting Football Rooms in it's first 5-6 months. We hope that we are providing a very good service for fans of all teams across England and Scotland. Please keep checking back in the New Year as we will be making some changes to the site layout, offering easier listings of hotels and please as always, contact us if there is anything you would like to see on the site.

More club details to follow

3rd October - Some more updates this week on the site. I'm trying to pull together a good football community together on the site and I've added some more pages and sections within each club so that fans can view information on decent pubs for fans, driving directions, nearest station, nearest airport and others.

It's very hard for me to be able to collect all of this information so this is where I'd hopefully like you to step in! Please visit the link below and take a look at the kind of information I'm trying to get together. If you would like to add any relevant information, please use this link:

Away game bloggers needed!

17th July - Such a shame the World Cup is now over, possibly some friendly fixtures on the horizon in the abyss that is pre-season!

If you are a regular away traveller and would like to display your articulate writing talents to the World , then please contact us as we are going to be introducing a new blogging section for fans. When you contact us, you will receive a link to the blogging admin section where you can add any details of your trips, any advice for fellow fans, pubs you visited, pubs you'd rather not visit again(!), add pictures and anything else you fancy!

First Week!

28th June - Thanks very much for all of your feedback on the site in it's opening week. Thanks for the updates on any team information that was slightly inaccurate, hopefully everything is ok now and please inform us if anything is incorrect with your team details. We have included a few extras onto the site in the form of car hire and included links to related club sites. If you would like to advertise with us, please use the contact us page and we'll be happy to help. Keep your eye on the site as we will be including a new airline flight search onto the site within the next few weeks. With the ability to search domestic flight providers like Easyjet and Flybe, plus European flights so hopefully save us a few quid if we can't be bothered with a long coach journey from the South Coast to the North East or vice versa!

New Site Launched!

22nd June - New fixtures are out and Football Rooms has been launched! We hope you enjoy using this site to discuss your club, give friendly advice to away fans and book your trips. Keep an eye on the site as we will be constantly updating it with new content surrounding each club.
